In English, the letter h is usually pronounced at the start of a word. It is a soft "breath" sound, called an aspirated /h/ — like in happy.
Tip: put your hand in front of your mouth and blow gently, as if you wanted to make mist on a window.
Astuce : place ta main devant ta bouche et souffle doucement, comme pour faire de la buée.
In English, only the most important words are stressed: the voice goes up on the main syllable, then comes down. This alternation of stressed and unstressed syllables gives sentences a "musical" rhythm.
